Carol Horner- President
Celebrate CB 2012 President. Carol has been leading the Celebrate CB celebration in Council Bluffs for 2 years and has been a long time member of the committee taking turns in all aspects of the event. Contact Carol for administrative questions or things that can not be answered by any other committe members.
Lisa Brink – Entertainment
Lisa is a fun and energetic person with years of marketing and event planning experience behind her. She is committed to having the best entertainment at all of our Celebrate CB events. Contact her concerning band bookings, etc.
Lynne Branigan – Past President
In charge of Grand Marshal and Sponsorships. Lynne is the longest standing committee member and has been past president as well as holding many other positions in the ranks. Contact Lynne for Grand Marshal nominations and Sponsorship Opportunities
Tony Doremus – Vice President
In Charge of Logistics. You all know him from the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, but Tony is a loyal volunteer and takes care of all logistics for the BBQ and the Bayliss Park events. Contact Tony concerning electricity, waste, etc.
Marlys Lien – Secretary
In Charge of Children’s Fair Activities. As circulation manager at the Council Bluffs public Library, Marlys is no stranger to keeping children entertained. Contact Marlys for information on the Childrens Fair.
Haley Mace – Treasurer
As an employee at Liberty Bank in Council Bluffs, iowa, Haley knows money! Contact Haley for any kind of accounts receivable and payable questions.
Wendy Schultz/Stacey Shockey
The parade is a huge undertaking and Wendy and Stacy are a great team and will ensure all participants a pleasant experience!
Mike Gallagher and Rick Guill – BBQ

Karen Perdue – Logistics and Maps
Karen creates all of our maps for event particpants ensuring a fool proof event in all aspects. IF you have questions regarding set up, maps, etc contact Karen.
Sue Pitts – PR and Marketing
The PR and Marketing committee handles all promotions, social networks, and website updates. Contact sue concerning any of these things.
Nate Watson – Legal
We all want a safe and fun experience when we have an event. Nate makes sure that nothing can get in the way of that.
